SINGULARICS

Who We Are

Creating a world where organizations deliver exactly what they intend.

In 2005, Ray Kurzweil predicted a moment where technological acceleration would fundamentally transform how humans work. He called it the Singularity. It’s here. Singularics is the discipline of working inside it. How organizations define intent, absorb AI, redesign work, and maintain coherence when the rate of change exceeds the rate of planning.

Our mission: We help organizations close the intent gap between strategy and execution so that when they accelerate with AI, they accelerate in the right direction.

What We’ve Learned

Working inside the world’s largest organizations.

AI without intent is acceleration without direction

AI deployments stall not because the model is wrong, but because nobody defined what success looks like. Anchor AI to declared intent and every action becomes traceable back to a reason.

AI amplifies. Humans govern.

The future isn't faster automation. It's coherent motion: human judgment paired with machine capability, with clear lines of accountability.

Intent has to be measured, not just declared

A strategy deck is a declaration. It is not alignment. The organizations that stay aligned treat intent as a system property. They measure and govern it continuously.

Intent fragments when focus does

When teams are overloaded, the first thing that breaks is coherence with the larger purpose. Protecting focus isn't a productivity tactic. It's how intent survives contact with the organization.

Intent can't be mandated. It has to be sensed.

You can't command alignment into existence. You sense where energy collects, where tension builds, and where the connection between strategy and execution has gone quiet.

Leadership

The people behind the standard.

Alex Petty

Alex Petty

Founder & CEO

20+ years inside organizations that shape industries, markets, and public systems. The work has always been the same: intent drifts from impact, strategy decouples from execution, and the people doing the work lose sight of why it matters. Not a people problem. A memory and coherence problem. He built Intent to solve it.

Also a number theorist and musical composer. Alex thinks in systems, whether the system is a number field, an orchestra, or a Fortune 500 org.

Seth Garner

Seth Garner

Co-Founder

CFII-rated pilot and enterprise product strategist who brings the same precision to organizational transformation that aviation demands in the cockpit. Seth has spent his career helping large organizations get clear on what they’re building, why it matters, and whether the investment is producing returns. He cuts through methodology theater to get at what the people doing the work and their customers actually need: products that solve real problems, teams that know why their work matters, and organizations that can tell the difference between progress and motion.

Heritage

Built on two decades of enterprise transformation.

Agile taught organizations to change process. AI requires them to change cognition and role definition. We’ve done this work before. The stakes are just higher now.
